Great Service and very Gentle!

As always, great service.Dr.MacDonald is very gentle and patient. I have been going to this Dentist for almost 20yrs. I drive a little distance to get there but it is well worth it and I've never waited a long wait in the office for my appointment. The assistants and hygenist are gentle too.

Finally, A Dentist Worth Keeping!

Having experienced Local Dentists who were only interested in Profit, it's gratifying to find a practice that puts the welfare of the Patient at the forefront of their concerns. They even corrected sloppy workmanship of another Dentist, at no extra costs. Also, when my wife was experiencing a very painful dental problem, they squeezed her into their tight schedule, and upon detecting the severity of her condition, took IMMEDIATE action to correct a VERY DANGEROUS condition.

They are, THE BEST!

The atmosphere in the facility is very professional. All staff per my recent vist were pleasant and knew their job. This is an example fromthe top of course. Management demands the best!

I was greeted very pleasantly by the first person I spoke with over the phone when I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the level of service was outstanding everyone was kind and very helpful they assisted me with the Insurance forms and explained the procedure advising me what to expect step by step. The 1st visit took about 2hr

After my 1st visit everyone still treated me as new patient. I just went there for a check up & learned so much. The two sister (i think) jessica & francheska was great at taking care of me & my copays. My favorite person is danielle when u go please ask for danielle she cleaned my teeth & it didn't even hert me. She took her time explained my gum disease to me beter then the doctor. Dr. Tomlinson told me & I understood but danielle made it so clear & I just there for the great staff & work I receive. GO DANIELLE I LOVE THE WAY YOU DON'T HERT ME. See u next yr in feb. ~Ms.Jones~

1) I was able to get a referral to a Periodontist along with advice on clarifying my needs. 2) My cleanings are always beyond expectiions. 3) Future dental plan was explained in detail.
